What we collect
When you register your interest we collect your name, email address and the details that match your role: a postcode for supporters, a business name and type for businesses, and a charity name and ABN for charities.
When you send a message we collect your name, email address and the message.
How we use it
- To contact you about your registration or reply to your message.
- To send news and updates, only if you ticked that separate box.
- To understand interest by area, in summary form only.
Your choices
Agreeing to be contacted about your registration and agreeing to receive updates are two separate choices. You can unsubscribe from updates at any time.
Storage and security
Your details are stored securely with a reputable hosting provider. Access is limited to the small team that runs Buying for Good.
Access and correction
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by emailing hello@example.org.

If you are not happy with how we handled your information, contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
